Fees and Commission Structure
Bizzy operates on a transparent fee model with no hidden transaction costs.
What's Free
The following features are currently available at no cost:
- Draft listing creation — Create and save draft listings for free
- Messaging — Communicate with buyers and sellers at no charge
- NDA management — Create, activate, and manage NDAs for your listings
- Diligence links — Share supported third-party document links through the listing NDA workflow
- Saved listings — Save and track businesses you're interested in
Premium During Beta
Publishing a listing or its changes requires Premium and an enabled publication feature. Eligible sellers publish immediately after the active account, seller role, accountable-owner Premium, complete Seller Profile, verified and consented account email, strict listing validation, verified location, referenced-media, moderation, and public-preview checks pass. Premium also unlocks Bizzy Leads and seller-initiated messaging where those seller features apply. Qualifying leads become ordinary buyer files automatically; creation does not message or notify the buyer or imply buyer interest.
Premium is account-level and $0/mo during beta, with no payment method required. You can leave Premium beta from Settings. The planned standard Premium price is $299/mo after beta. Bizzy will provide clear notice and require billing consent before paid billing begins.
Transaction Fees
Bizzy does not currently charge a percentage of the sale price or a success fee on completed transactions.
