Document Vault and NDA-Gated Files

Sellers can upload sensitive business documents to the Document Vault, which are only accessible to buyers who have signed an NDA.

How It Works

Sellers upload documents to their listing's Document Vault
Bizzy scans and converts supported documents into secure previews
Buyers must sign an NDA before viewing those previews
Buyers see Bizzy-rendered previews, not raw seller files
To protect data privacy, raw uploaded files are immediately and permanently deleted from Bizzy's servers as soon as the secure previews are successfully generated.

To ensure safe and reliable processing, uploads must adhere to the following limits:

Supported Formats: PDF (.pdf), Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), CSV (.csv), and images (.jpg, .jpeg, .png). Legacy Office formats (e.g., .doc or .xls) are not supported.
Maximum File Size: 25 MB per file.
Page and Dimension Limits: PDF documents are limited to a maximum of 80 pages. Images are limited to 50 megapixels and dimensions up to 12,000 x 12,000 pixels.
Complex Documents: Spreadsheets and text documents must expand to less than 50 MB total uncompressed size and contain fewer than 1,000 internal parts.

Manage documents from your listing's Edit page
You can remove document rows at any time
Activate the NDA requirement to gate access to your documents
Track who has signed your NDA from the NDA Activity section on your dashboard

Always review the NDA terms carefully before signing
After signing, secure document previews appear on the listing detail page when available
Previews are seller-provided and parsed by Bizzy; ask the seller about anything unclear
All your signed NDAs are tracked on your Buyer Dashboard under "My Signed NDAs"
