Bizzy offers a free, instant business valuation calculator to help you estimate what your business could be worth before listing it for sale.

How to Get an Estimate

1. Navigate to Value My Business from the homepage or your dashboard
2. Enter your business details:
   • Business name
   • Annual revenue — total yearly revenue before expenses
   • Annual profit (SDE/EBITDA) — seller's discretionary earnings
   • Industry category — select from 30+ categories
   • Years in business — how long the business has been operating
3. Click Get My Estimate to see your valuation range

How the Estimate Works

Your valuation is calculated using three key factors:

• Industry multiples — different industries command different valuation ranges based on market data
• Business maturity — established businesses with longer track records receive higher multiples
• Revenue scale — larger businesses often receive premium multiples due to reduced buyer risk

The result is a valuation range (low to high estimate), not a single number. When enough comparable marketplace data is available, Bizzy may also show market context to help you understand how your estimate compares with similar businesses.

Reviewing Your Results

Your results page can include:

• Your estimated valuation range
• Market context when comparable listings are available
• A direct option to start a listing from the valuation

If you are not signed in, you can still complete a valuation first. When you create an account or sign in, Bizzy can connect that saved valuation to your account so you can continue toward listing your business.

Saving Your Valuations

All valuations are saved to your seller dashboard automatically. You can:

• View past valuations in a card format showing the range, revenue, and profit
• Click any valuation card to see full details in a modal
• Try scenario sliders to see how changes in revenue, profit, or business maturity may affect the range
• Review opportunity suggestions that may help you prepare before listing
• Create a draft listing directly from a valuation — click List This Business to pre-fill your listing

Creating a draft listing from a valuation is free. Submitting that listing for review requires Premium. Premium is $0/mo during beta and no payment method is required.
