Browsing Listings on the Marketplace
The Bizzy marketplace lets you browse businesses for sale using an interactive split-view layout with a map and list side by side.
Map and List View
- Map view — See listings plotted as markers on an interactive map. Clustered markers show a count — zoom in to see individual businesses
- List view — Browse listings in a scrollable card layout alongside the map
- Automatic filtering — The list updates automatically as you pan and zoom the map, showing only businesses visible in the current map area
What Map Pins Mean
Map pins show the seller's chosen public location for each listing. A pin may be an exact public location, an approximate nearby point, or a general city/market area.
Listings include a location label such as Approximate public location, Exact public location, or General market area so you know how precise the map point is. If the exact location matters to your diligence, confirm it with the seller before visiting or making decisions based on the pin.
Location and Search
- Geolocation — When you first visit, the map may ask permission to use your location to center on nearby businesses. If you decline, it defaults to a US-wide view
- Location search — Use the search bar to jump to a specific city, state, or area
- Filters — Narrow results by price range, location, and industry type
