NDA Agreement Process

Many listings require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before detailed information is shared. This protects the seller's confidential business data.

How NDAs Work on Bizzy

  1. Navigate to a listing that requires an NDA
  2. Review the NDA terms displayed on the listing detail page
  3. Sign the NDA electronically using your account
  4. Once signed, you can view available confidential previews and financial details

What Signing an NDA Unlocks

  • Access to the seller's Document Vault previews when documents are available
  • Seller-provided document content parsed into Bizzy-rendered preview views
  • NDA-gated financial and operational details the seller has chosen to share

NDA Lifecycle

  • Activation — Sellers can activate or deactivate the NDA requirement on their listings at any time
  • Expiration — NDAs may have expiration dates. After expiry, you'll need to re-sign to regain document access
  • Notifications — Sellers receive a notification when a buyer signs their NDA for the first time

Tracking Your NDAs

  • Buyers — View all your signed NDAs under "My Signed NDAs" on your Buyer Dashboard, with signed dates and expiration info
  • Sellers — Track NDA activity under "NDA Activity" on your dashboard, including signer counts per listing

Important Notes

  • NDAs are legally binding — read all terms carefully before signing
  • Document previews are parsed by Bizzy but not verified, audited, or certified by Bizzy
  • You cannot sign an NDA for a business you own
  • NDA obligations may survive even after account deletion
