Representing a Business Owner

Bizzy lets you represent a business owner through the existing seller tools. This is a presentation and workflow choice, not a new client account, team workspace, or authorization role.

Create a Represented Listing

  1. Select Selling in the main navigation, then New listing
  2. In Representation, select I represent the business owner
  3. Complete the required listing details and save a private draft
  4. Configure NDA & confidential diligence, review the public preview, and select Publish listing when it is ready

The listing remains in your Bizzy account. The owner does not receive account access automatically, and Bizzy does not create an owner login or client workspace for the listing. When the listing is public, buyers see the seller-declared disclosure Listed on behalf of the business owner on marketplace and saved surfaces. This wording describes the declared listing relationship; it does not claim that the seller is a licensed broker or that Bizzy has verified a brokerage relationship.

Before publishing, complete your seller profile. When the publication requirements pass, the listing becomes available to buyers immediately; there is no routine pre-publication reviewer queue. Publishing and Bizzy Leads require active Premium access where indicated in the product.

Manage Buyer Activity

Use Deal Pipeline for Bizzy Leads, buyer files, messages, NDA and access requests, and private notes after activity exists. Bizzy Leads are automatically created as ordinary buyer files for qualifying published listings when the seller has active Premium. Creating a lead does not message or notify the buyer or imply buyer interest. NDA and confidential-diligence settings, including external link access, still follow the listing's normal seller-managed prerequisites.

What Bizzy Does Not Provide

Bizzy is not a broker, law firm, adviser, lender, or generic CRM. Bizzy provides marketplace and transaction-workflow tools; it does not provide professional advice, represent the owner, create delegated permissions, or replace the parties' own legal, financial, or brokerage arrangements.

See Creating a New Listing, Managing Buyer Files and Conversations, and Bizzy Leads for the related seller workflows. Buyers can review the same disclosure in Browsing Listings on the Marketplace and Saved Businesses.
