NDA-Gated External Diligence Links

Bizzy does not accept, host, download, scan, parse, or preview seller diligence files. Sellers can optionally add links to documents hosted by supported third-party providers.

How It Works

1. Sellers open the listing editor and expand Buyer access
2. Sellers configure an NDA and add an external diligence link
3. Buyers sign the listing NDA
4. If seller review is enabled, the seller approves or denies the request in Deal Pipeline
5. Approved buyers can open the external provider through Bizzy's diligence section

Structured seller-reported financial and operational details may also become visible after a valid NDA signature.

Supported Providers

Bizzy accepts HTTPS links from supported services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, DocSend, Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint, and established virtual data-room providers. Generic URL shorteners, direct IP addresses, embedded credentials, non-HTTPS links, and unknown providers are rejected.

Bizzy never fetches a link to test it, generate a preview, inspect its permissions, or confirm that it is still available.

Seller Responsibilities

• Share only content you have the right to disclose
• Require provider authentication and use recipient-specific access when possible
• Keep provider permissions aligned with the access granted in Bizzy
• Revoke access at the external provider when a buyer should no longer have it
• Remove outdated or incorrect links from the listing

Revoking a signature, denying a request, deactivating an NDA, or deleting a link in Bizzy does not revoke a URL that a buyer has already received or change permissions at the external provider.

Buyer Safety

External links can lead to files or services Bizzy does not control. Before continuing, Bizzy shows the provider and hostname and warns that the content has not been hosted, verified, downloaded, or malware-scanned by Bizzy. Confirm that the destination is expected before entering credentials or opening a downloaded file.

Reporting a Suspicious Link

Cancel the warning instead of continuing, then contact Bizzy through the available account or support channel. Identify the listing, displayed link name, and provider, but do not paste the full external URL into a message or report. Bizzy may restrict the listing or account and contact the seller without fetching or inspecting the target.

Admin access is not an automatic bypass. Only the seller owner or a buyer with current approved NDA access can open a configured link through Bizzy.
