Listing Your Business for Sale

Once your account is set up, you can create a private draft listing on Bizzy and publish it when it is ready.

Steps

  1. Select Selling in the main navigation.
  2. Select New listing.
  3. Enter a headline and select Save and continue to create the private draft.
  4. Complete the required business, financial, and verified US location details in the editor.
  5. Choose how the location appears publicly: approximate, exact, or city only. Approximate is recommended and lets you choose a 2, 5, 10, or 25-mile public area; city only publishes no map geometry.
  6. Optionally add listing-level Areas served for a service business.
  7. If details need attention, select Save and check details to highlight every invalid field.
  8. Review the public preview and confirm Publish listing when all requirements pass.

If location search is temporarily unavailable, save an incomplete private draft and return later. Moving the map pin requires reverse verification before publication. Optional Areas served can contain up to 20 seller-reported US cities, states, ZIP codes, or Nationwide and does not change the map location or distance filters.

Draft listing creation is free. Publication availability is feature-controlled: while it is unavailable, you can keep saving a private draft and existing published listings stay public. When publication is available, the server checks an active account, seller role and listing ownership or collaborator eligibility, the accountable owner's active Premium, a complete Seller Profile, the verified immutable account email with consent to show it publicly, strict listing validation, a verified location, any referenced media, and no moderation hold. A supplied image reference that no longer exists blocks publication; an optional image may be omitted. Premium is $0/mo during beta, no payment method is required, and the planned standard price is $299/mo after beta with clear notice before paid billing starts.

A successful publication makes the listing available to buyers immediately; there is no routine pre-publication review queue when the feature is enabled. Published listings remain subject to marketplace policy and human moderation.
