Listing Publishing and Moderation
Publication is feature-controlled. When immediate publication is available, eligible sellers publish listings directly after completing the required details and confirming the public preview. Bizzy does not use a routine pre-publication reviewer queue. Publication is not verification, certification, or a guarantee of seller-provided information.
Before Publication
The server checks an active account, seller role and listing ownership or collaborator eligibility, the accountable owner's active Premium, complete Seller Profile, the listing owner's verified immutable account email with consent to show it publicly, strict listing validation, verified location, any referenced media, feature availability, and no moderation hold. An optional image may be omitted, but a supplied reference that no longer exists blocks publication. If details are incomplete, select Save and check details to highlight every field that needs attention. The listing remains private until publication succeeds.
The first publication requires confirmation of the public preview. Later publications use a changed-fields confirmation when public details changed.
After Publication
A successful publication makes the listing available to buyers immediately. Published listings remain subject to marketplace policy and reviewer-directed human moderation. Authorized reviewers choose from published inventory, can inspect published or historical listings, and may apply a hold, request changes, or take a listing down when needed.
A moderation hold prevents republishing until it is resolved. A takedown removes the listing from public view without rewriting the historical publication record.
Seller Controls
- Save draft or Save private draft keeps work private.
- Save and check details validates required fields and highlights problems without publishing.
- Publish listing or Publish changes confirms what buyers will see and publishes when every gate passes.
- Unpublish voluntarily removes a live listing from the marketplace and remains available even when new publication is temporarily disabled.
