Listing Review Process

All listings on Bizzy go through a review process to maintain marketplace quality. A listing that is live has been reviewed by Bizzy; review is not a verification, certification, or guarantee of the seller's information. This applies to both new listings and edits to existing listings.

What Reviewers Check

• Completeness — Required fields are filled in with sufficient detail
• Policy compliance — The listing does not include prohibited content or violate the Terms of Service
• Presentation — The description is clear, professional, and relevant

New Listing Review

When you submit a new listing, it enters Pending Review status. You'll see a Pending Review badge on your dashboard. Once approved, your listing appears on the public marketplace and you receive a notification.

Edit Review

When you edit an already approved listing, your changes go into a separate review queue:

1. Your changes enter a Pending Edit state, shown as Edit In Review on your dashboard
2. Your original listing stays visible on the marketplace while edits are under review
3. Once approved, the updated information replaces the published version
4. You'll be notified when edits are approved or if revisions are needed

If Your Listing Is Rejected

• The reviewer provides feedback explaining what needs to change
• You'll see the rejection notes on your dashboard
• Make the suggested changes, then select Resubmit for new listings or Resubmit Edits for edit rejections
• If an edit is rejected, the original approved listing stays live
