Listing Approval Process

All listings on Bizzy go through a review process to maintain marketplace quality. This applies to both new listings and edits to existing listings.

What Reviewers Check

• Accuracy — Financial figures and business details are reasonable and consistent
• Completeness — All required fields are filled in with sufficient detail
• Compliance — No prohibited content or violations of terms of service
• Quality — Professional description with clear, relevant information

New Listing Review

When you submit a new listing, it enters a Pending Review status. You'll see a "Pending Review" badge on your dashboard. Once approved, your listing appears on the public marketplace and you receive a notification.

Edit Review

When you edit an already approved listing, your changes go into a separate review queue:

1. Your changes enter a Pending Edit state (shown as "Edit In Review" on your dashboard)
2. Your original listing stays visible on the marketplace while edits are under review
3. Once approved, the updated information replaces the published version
4. You'll be notified when edits are approved or if revisions are needed

If Your Listing Is Rejected

• The reviewer provides feedback explaining what needs to change
• You'll see the rejection notes in a red alert on your dashboard
• Make the suggested changes, then click Resubmit (for new listings) or Resubmit Edits (for edit rejections)
• If an edit is rejected, the original approved listing stays live — it is not taken down
