Editing Your Listing After Approval

You can update your listing details at any time, but changes to approved listings require re-approval to ensure marketplace quality.

How to Edit

  1. Go to your My Dashboard from the profile dropdown
  2. Find the listing you want to edit and click Edit
  3. Make your changes to any editable fields
  4. Save changes as a draft or submit for re-review

Saving draft edits is free. Submitting approved-listing edits for re-review requires Premium. Premium is $0/mo during beta, no payment method is required, and the planned standard price is $200/mo after beta with clear notice before paid billing starts.

What Happens Next

  • Your submitted changes enter an "Edit In Review" state — you'll see this badge on your dashboard
  • The original listing remains visible on the marketplace while your edits are under review
  • Once approved, the updated information replaces the published version automatically
  • You'll receive a notification when your edits are approved

If Your Edits Are Rejected

If a reviewer rejects your changes:

  1. You'll see an "Edit Rejected" badge on your dashboard
  2. The reviewer's feedback appears in a red note below the listing title
  3. Your original published listing stays live — rejected edits don't take it down
  4. Address the feedback, then use Premium to click Resubmit Edits and send your changes back for review

Tips

  • Review all your changes carefully before submitting — the entire set of edits goes through review together
  • Keep your financials up to date — accurate numbers build buyer trust
  • Update your listing description seasonally if your business has seasonal trends
