Editing Your Listing After Approval

You can update listing details at any time. The editor keeps listing details, publishing status, and buyer access in one workspace.

How to Edit

  1. Go to My Listings
  2. Open the listing action menu and choose Edit
  3. Use the section navigation to move through listing details, buyer details, representation, and Buyer access
  4. Click Save private draft to save changes without changing the live listing
  5. Click Submit changes for review when the draft is ready

Saving draft edits is free. Submitting approved-listing edits for review requires Premium. Premium is $0/mo during beta, no payment method is required, and the planned standard price is $299/mo after beta with clear notice before paid billing starts.

What Happens Next

  • The original listing remains visible while your edits are reviewed
  • My Listings shows an Edit In Review badge after submission
  • Once approved, the updated information replaces the published version automatically
  • You receive a notification when edits are approved or need revision

Buyer Access

The collapsed Buyer access section controls the NDA, seller-managed external diligence links, and diligence-access review mode for the listing. Pending manual-review requests are handled from Deal Pipeline.

If Your Edits Are Rejected

The original approved listing stays live. Review the feedback in My Listings, update the private draft, and resubmit the changes when ready.
