Sharing a Listing With a Collaborator

Listing collaboration lets two eligible Premium sellers work on one listing without sharing an account. The listing owner remains accountable for the listing and can end access at any time.

Invite Someone

  1. Open Selling, then My Listings.
  2. Open the listing's three-dot menu and choose Invite collaborators.
  3. Enter the collaborator's account email and select Send invitation.
  4. The invitation remains pending until the recipient explicitly accepts it. You can cancel a pending invitation from the same page.

An invitation expires after seven days. Sending a replacement withdraws the older link. If email delivery fails, the invitation still exists and remains pending. An existing verified Bizzy account also sees an in-app reminder to check its email. Cancel it if you do not want it active. Safety limits may require a wait before another invitation can be sent, and cancellation does not shorten that wait.

Accept an Invitation

Open the invitation link while signed in to the Bizzy account registered to the invited email address. If you are signed out, Bizzy returns you to the invitation after sign-in or registration. Acceptance requires that exact account email to be verified and that the account has the seller role and active Premium. The invitation page links to the relevant verification, Premium, or account-switch step when one is needed.

Expired, cancelled, replaced, already-used, and invalid links cannot be accepted. Ask the listing owner for a new invitation when the page says the link expired or was withdrawn. If the owner revokes access, the former collaborator receives an in-app notice without a listing link.

What Collaborators Can Access

A collaborator can edit and publish the shared listing, including its listing details, location, service areas, photos, the standard Bizzy NDA, and access-review mode. They cannot see the owner's other listings, account settings, billing, messages, custom NDA terms, diligence links, or signed agreements.

Both the owner and collaborator must remain active Premium sellers. If either account becomes ineligible, the shared listing and its metadata disappear from the collaborator's workspace immediately. The accepted grant remains suspended rather than being deleted, so access returns automatically if eligibility is restored. Only owner revocation permanently removes the grant.
