Setting Up Your Passkey

Passkeys provide the most secure way to access your Bizzy account — no passwords to remember or manage.

How to Set Up a Passkey

  1. After creating your account, you'll be automatically prompted to set up a passkey
  2. Follow your browser or OS instructions to create one:
    • Windows — Windows Hello (PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition)
    • macOS — Touch ID or Apple Watch
    • Linux — FIDO2 security key or GNOME Keyring
    • Mobile — Face ID, Touch ID, or device PIN
  3. You can add additional passkeys from your profile page at any time

Passkey Syncing Across Devices

  • Apple devices — Passkeys stored in iCloud Keychain sync automatically across all your Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac)
  • Google/Chrome — Passkeys stored in your Google account sync across Chrome on all your devices
  • Security keys — Hardware FIDO2 keys (e.g., YubiKey) work on any device with a USB port or NFC

Managing Passkeys

Go to Settings → Security tab to:

  • View all registered passkeys with their names and registration dates
  • Add new passkeys for additional devices
  • Remove passkeys you no longer use

Important Rule

You must always keep at least one passkey on your account. The platform will not let you delete your last passkey — this ensures you can always log in.
