Common Issues
- Passkey not recognized — Make sure you're using the same device or browser where you originally enrolled your passkey
- Multiple devices — Passkeys sync across devices signed into the same account (e.g., Chrome with Google account)
- Lost all passkeys — Contact support if you've lost access to all registered passkeys
