Bizzy Leads

Bizzy Leads helps Premium sellers discover buyers whose structured acquisition criteria align with a published listing. A Bizzy Lead is a Bizzy recommendation and buyer file—not a message from the buyer, a listing inquiry, or proof that the buyer expressed interest.

For Buyers: Your Buyer Preferences Do Two Jobs

The Buyer Preferences you set under Buying personalize the businesses you browse and help sellers find you through Bizzy Leads. When a listing fits your preferences, its Premium seller may see you as a Bizzy Lead and choose whether to contact you. A Bizzy Lead does not mean you asked about that listing or expressed interest in it. Your exact budget, proof of funds, and readiness details are never shown to sellers.

How Bizzy Leads Become Buyer Files

When a published listing and a buyer meet Bizzy's eligibility criteria, Bizzy automatically creates a durable, listing-scoped buyer file for the seller. It appears in the ordinary List and Board views in Buyers, alongside buyer files created from messages, NDAs, and seller-added contacts. The file carries a Bizzy Lead badge and Source: Bizzy Lead marker so you know how it began.

Creating a Bizzy Lead does not send a message or notification to the seller or buyer and does not start a conversation. It does not imply buyer interest. The seller chooses whether to open the file, add notes or activity, set a stage or follow-up, and send an explicit first message.

Manage Bizzy Leads in Buyers

Open Buyers from the Selling workspace to manage Bizzy Leads as ordinary buyer files. They use the same stars, notes, activity, stages, follow-ups, archive, and restore controls as other files. There are no separate New, Saved, Paused, or Contacted lead queues, fit labels, or review steps.

Seller outreach from a Bizzy Lead remains Premium-gated and is checked again when you send. Bizzy applies the current listing and account eligibility, ownership, block, moderation, and daily-message safeguards. A successful Message buyer send starts the listing-specific conversation and follows normal messaging rules.

Privacy and Availability

Bizzy uses structured buyer preferences and bounded activity signals to decide which leads to create. Sellers see the lead source, but not your exact budget, proof-of-funds, readiness details, or private profile text. A lead can stop being available when account, listing, eligibility, or safety conditions change.

Older /seller/buyer-matches and /seller/leads links redirect to the Buyers workspace. See Premium Beta for access details and Sending Messages for messaging guidance.
