Buyer Matches

Buyer Matches helps Premium sellers find buyers whose structured acquisition criteria align with an approved listing. Bizzy prioritizes match quality over the number of recommendations, so an approved listing may have no matches until there is enough reliable information.

What Strong Fit Means

A Strong fit has compatible asking-price budget, industry, and target location information. Bizzy may also use recent buyer activity, an exact-listing save, or recent views to order buyers who already meet those core criteria. These signals cannot override a budget, industry, or location mismatch.

Bizzy does not show a match percentage because the internal ranking value is not a probability. The reasons shown on a match describe the criteria that aligned without revealing the buyer's private budget, liquidity, or profile details.

Review Matches in Deal Pipeline

Deal Pipeline is the only seller workspace for Buyer Matches. Open Deal Pipeline, choose New matches, and review the seller-safe fit signals. You can save a match for later, pause it, remove it, add a buyer file, or send one listing-specific first message where messaging is available.

The Buyer Match queues are New matches, Saved matches, Paused matches, and Contacted matches. Saving, pausing, or removing a match does not create a buyer relationship. Add buyer file creates a durable listing-scoped buyer relationship without messaging. Sending a successful Message buyer creates that relationship with the first conversation.

Before sending, Deal Pipeline shows messages remaining today and the seller- and listing-level usage that applies to the match. Use Good fit or Not a fit to tell Bizzy whether the recommendation was useful. Not-fit feedback uses a short reason such as budget, industry, location, buyer inactivity, or insufficient evidence; it does not automatically message the buyer.

A match can become unavailable when buyer criteria, account status, listing status, Premium access, safety controls, or an existing relationship changes. Unavailable, suppressed, stale, and dismissed matches show only a general unavailable notice, not private buyer details. Bizzy rechecks current match eligibility before creating a buyer file or sending first-contact outreach.

Older /seller/buyer-matches and /seller/leads links redirect to the matching Deal Pipeline queue.
