Managing Buyer Inquiries
When buyers are interested in your listing, they'll reach out through the Bizzy messaging system.
How It Works
- Buyers click Contact Seller on your listing detail page (after signing an NDA if you've enabled one)
- You receive a notification in your notification bell when a new message arrives
- Reply directly from the Messages page in the navbar
- All communication stays on-platform for security and record-keeping
Tracking NDA Activity
If you've enabled NDAs on your listing, you can track who has signed from the NDA Activity section on your dashboard. This shows:
- Which listings have active NDAs
- How many buyers have signed each NDA
- A link to manage each listing's NDA settings
Tips for Sellers
- Respond promptly to serious inquiries — buyers often contact multiple sellers
- Share detailed information only after an NDA is signed — use the Document Vault for sensitive files
- Keep all negotiations within the messaging system for a clear record
- Check your notifications regularly — the bell icon shows unread message counts
- Be transparent about your business — honest answers build buyer confidence
